Shipping Info

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed through our system the moment you submit it. Orders will be prepped and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days; however in peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

How long will shipping take?

Due to current lockdowns relating to the COVID-19 situation, delivery times are expected to be longer than normal. Please allow 2-5 weeks for your package to arrive at your door. Thank you so much for your patience while we try to serve all our customers during this challenging time.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped out, we will send a tracking code to your email and you may track your shipment every step of the way through our order tracking page, or by clicking the "Track" button in the email.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your tracking information shows the item as having been delivered, but you have not received it, or if it has been over 4 weeks and you have not received your item, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team at info.theheelpillow@gmail.com and we will happily assist you right away.
